It's time to check your payslip!

Last month we celebrated our hard-fought victory—a 3.75% wage increase for community and disability workers! 

This pay rise happened because ASU members united and campaigned for a meaningful pay rise through the Annual Wage Review. Together, we won.  

Now we must ensure employers are implementing these wage increases. It’s important to check that your recent pay slip reflects the new rate.

Thanks to ASU members, from 1 July 2024, we secured a 3.75% increase for workers covered by the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services Industry (SCHADS) Award. 

These changes were all campaigned for and won by union members, like you!
