It's Time to Negotiate at Wesley Mission QLD - Residential Disability Services

Thank you for participating in our recent survey as we prepare for negotiating a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) at Wesley Mission QLD, Residential Disability Services. With a strong survey response from both members and potential members, it has informed our Union on what we should focus on at the negotiating table.

It would not surprise members that during a Cost-of-Living crisis, over 90% of respondents have indicated they want a strong focus on improving pay, above award wages. We also note that over 80% of respondents have identified workload volume, staffing levels, and attraction and retention of staff, as issues that need prioritising in this negotiation.

These issues will need a strong focus at the negotiating table, and further participation from staff during the process will be key if we are to be successful in improving these.
